I love this product. I have low bone density and hope this will help me.
A little disappointed. It wasn’t clear when I purchased the duo probiotic and prebiotic that these were two separate containers. I thought I was getting TWO containers for this price (which VERY high for one strain of probiotic) I assumed the prebiotic was contained in the same capsule. Not a whole other bottle. The indication is to take a few of these per day and some reviewers state they have been taking it for a year. This is barely a one month supply at $55 USD which for me is $78 Canadian!!! Per month?? Really unaffordable. So definitely disappointing for me. I won’t buy it again as this is honestly way to high of a price for something that isn’t even multi strain. And don’t get me started on all the very unnecessary fillers in this one. Wow! I didn’t want the fillers at all but this was the only single strain LR I could find. You can definitely do better.

Product is good but delivery is improvement needed!
Been taking for almost a year, last blood work my ldl went from 129 to 98 Total cholesterol went from 212 to 175 You hoo and thanks to my Lord most of all I do eat healthy and walk daily

The deciding factor for me was the delayed release capsule so it gets to where it does the best for the body, I love the formula as well, I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their overall health.

I have been taking it for a few weeks and I have noticed an improvement in gas and bloating. I expect further improvements as I continue to take it.
So far I've been happy with the supplement. Nice packaging. Easy to take. I've been able to maintain a healthy LDL and ApoB level without drugs.

Have used this product for over a year after reading the research and listening to Podcasts recommending it. Good for the gut and the heart. Plan to retest my gut to see if any improvement. Most important in a Post Covid era.
It is early in the game so not sure how well this is working for me. Dr. William Davis recommends it and I seeking a healthy digestive track.
My nurse practitioner suggested this to help lower my cholesterol. I won't know if it helps until March, but I hope so!
