I didn't receive the package at all !!!
I filled the order with the address of one of my friends, but in the email confirming the order the shipment adress was mine, as extracted from my credit card I think, but the phone number was that of my friend. A mess
I asked imediately the change of the shippment address, but the answer from you was that it cannot be changed, since it was already shipped (5 minutes after the order!).
Since I had to leave for another country, I left somebody at home to receive it, but no package, nor information, by phone or email was received
As a consequence, I ask you for a refund for my failed purchase from your company

There was recently a sale on the prebiotic/probiotic combo pack so I decided to stock up and have my husband join me in using it. I ordered a large supply in 7/26 and all of the prebiotics expire in 8/26. There should have been a limit of one item purchased for the sale- obviously if you buy more it will be expired by the time you use it! Very frustrating.
A little disappointed. It wasn’t clear when I purchased the duo probiotic and prebiotic that these were two separate containers. I thought I was getting TWO containers for this price (which VERY high for one strain of probiotic) I assumed the prebiotic was contained in the same capsule. Not a whole other bottle. The indication is to take a few of these per day and some reviewers state they have been taking it for a year. This is barely a one month supply at $55 USD which for me is $78 Canadian!!! Per month?? Really unaffordable. So definitely disappointing for me. I won’t buy it again as this is honestly way to high of a price for something that isn’t even multi strain. And don’t get me started on all the very unnecessary fillers in this one. Wow! I didn’t want the fillers at all but this was the only single strain LR I could find. You can definitely do better.

The deciding factor for me was the delayed release capsule so it gets to where it does the best for the body, I love the formula as well, I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their overall health.

Have used this product for over a year after reading the research and listening to Podcasts recommending it. Good for the gut and the heart. Plan to retest my gut to see if any improvement. Most important in a Post Covid era.
I've done my research regarding the importance of L-Reuteri to improve and maintain immune health. It has greatly helped my GI issues. I will definitely continue using this product.
